Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES (up to 14 days after sending the order) .
If you wish to exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of dispatch of your order. Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition.
You should send an email to info@fmartita.com with the following information:
  • order number (example: #0101);
  • name under which the order was placed (Maria Silva);
  • name of the item to be returned;
  • delivery of the purchase receipt.
For refunds, it will be the same procedure.

REFUND (up to 14 days after sending the order) .
You must send email to info@fmartita.com with the following information:
  • order number (example: #0101);
  • name under which the order was placed (Maria Silva);
  • name of the item to be refunded;
  • delivery of the purchase receipt.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for your purchase and after our receipt of the item and its original quality check.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have the refund in your account, please contact customer support.
Fmartitaconcept does not make refunds or returns of non-returnable goods for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as: jewellery, bodysuits and swimwear items (for example: bathing suits, bikinis, bandeaux, underwear, etc., regardless of the model name).
In case of any amount due, the amount will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.
